He suffers from terrible nightmares as he is haunted by the worst imaginations about his mother and father, until one day he sees a girl dragging a huge rock along the beach. Intrigued, he follows her home and discovers how she managed to escape the worst imaginations.

He studied film at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. His horror films WHAT DO YOU SEE! (2023) and VORTEX (2024) were highly acclaimed for their grotesque depiction of the fear of death and suffering. He passed away while preparing for his new film in 2024, and both of his short films were selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival and the Korea Short Film Awards. His last film, VORTEX, was nominated in three categories, including Best Film and Best Director at the Korea Short Film Awards.
